Christmas Ham from Sweden
Put the oven on 125 degrees.
Take the plastic off from the ham but leave the net. Wipe the ham with paper.
Put the ham in an oven tray with the fet upside. Put a thermometer so the tip reach the ham thickest part.
Put the ham in the lowest part in the oven.
The Christmas ham should be at 72 degrees inside when it’s done.
Take off the net when the ham has cold down a bit.
Put the oven on 225 degrees.
Mix egg, both mustard sorts and sugar. Dust the ham with some corn strach.
Put the mustard on the ham and pour bread crumbs over it.
Roast in the middle of the oven for 15 minutes or until the ham has got a goldenbrown color.
Let the ham cold and then cut it into small slices.
