Recipe

Mix all the liquid ingredients in a saucepan. Cook it for 4 minutes, let it cold.
Scale and cut the onion and cut the herring. Pour the onion and herring in a jar. Pour the liquid into the jar.
Let it stay cold in the jar the jar 2 days before serving.
