Christmas Meatballs from Sweden


Recipe

Scale and cut the onions into small pieces. Cook the onion until it’s soft.
Mix the onion with milk, whipped cream and breadcrumbs. Let expand for 15 minutes.
Mix egg, pepper, salt and sugar. Add minced meat and mix it fast together until it’s smooth.
Roll the mince into small balls, then cook them for 8 minutes or until it’s well done.

2 Big onions
2 MSK Butter
1 DL Whipped Cream
1DL Milk
1DL Breadcrumbs
2 Eggs
1,5 TSK Salt
2 KRM Pepper
1,5 TSK Sugar
1KG Minced meat
