Gingerbread cookies from Sweden


Recipe

Boil brown sugar, sugar, yellow syrup and water. Put the butter in the boil and let it melt.
Mix the flour, bicarbonate, ginger, cinnamon, carnations with the other ingredients.
Let the dough stand overnight.
Put the oven on 200 degrees.
Roll out approximately 1,75 — 2 mm and make optional figures.
Put the final figures on a baking sheet and then put it in the oven for 5-7 minutes.
