Mix whipped cream, sugar and syrup ina thick bottomed saucepan.
Boil until the temperature is 120 degrees. (or until the batter passes the bullet test).
Stir in honey and butter, boil it for 2 more minutes.
Break the chocolate into smaller pieces.
Take the saucepan from the heat and add the chocolate and mix it until the chocolate has melted.
Pour into an oblong shaped baking pan, let cool and then cut into suitable pieces.
