Boškarin (Istrian ox) sauce with fuži pasta
Meat cut into cubes is stewed with stewed cabbage, carrots, celery and garlic, with frequent basting and mixing.
Sauté until meat is completely tender, add spices, tomato concentrate, wine and prosecco, season to taste.
Cook for a short time and serve with Istrian fuži pasta.
