In a mixer, whisk the eggs well and add the sugar in very small batches until it turns into a fluffy plum dough.
Then add the sifted flour and mix very gently.
Grease round cake tins with waxed paper or parchment paper and bake in a pre-heated oven at 170º C for 30 minutes approximately.
