region. They can be either sweet or savory.
Knead flour, water, yeast and salt until you get a smooth dough.
Let it rise for 2 hours. Time 10 minute for preparation + 2 hour of rest + 20 minute for cooking.
After made dough balls and deep-fry them, serve with a pinch of salt.
