This is an age old dish from Croatian Zagorje made exclusively from locally produced foods - any holiday or festivity is unthinkable without them
Step 1: Mix the ingredients well to make a soft dough, knead until absolutely smooth.
Step 2: When the dough is smooth and silky, top with a little oil and leave to stand for 20 minutes.
Step 3: Cover the kithcen table with a cloth and flour it well. Flour your hands and start pulling the dough towards the edge of the table. Pull it out to paper-thinness.
Step 4: Leave the dough to dry for 10 - 15 minutes.
Step 5: Sieve the cottage cheese, add 2 egg yalks, sugar and stiffly whipped egg whites.
Step 6: Sprinkle the dough with melted butter ant cottage cheese filling.
Step 7: Pulling and lifting the table cloth, roll the dough carefully and put it in a baking tin.
Step 7: Bake for 30 minutes at 180 °C.
