Black Pudding with Red Cabbage

Description

Hommade black pudding is a typical Croatian winter comfort food made with minced pork meat and buckwheat, served with red or green cabbage


Recipe

Step 1: Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Step 2: Place black pudding on a slightly greased baking tray and roast for about 50 minutes, turning once.
Step 3: Shred or grate the red cabbage, add salt and pepper
Step 4: Heat olive oil in a pen, add mustard seeds and black sesame seeds, fry for a minute then add capers and fry for another minute.
Step 5: Pour the oil with seeds and capers over the cabbage and mix well. Garnish with chopped mint.
