Description

This is a traditionnal dish from Luxembourg, served as appetizer during the winter time


Recipe

- Cook the beef with the “bouquet garni” and spices for about 2-3 hours
- Chop the gherkins, shallots, eggs, and herbs
- When the beef is cooked, let it cool and dice it
- Mix all the ingredients and season with vinegar, oil, mustard, salt, and pepper
- Arrange on a plate and garnish with a tomato wedge, parsley, and slices of onions, etc.

Tip: Serve with a mixed salad with fresh herbs on the side!
