Deep-fried cottage cheese dough doughnuts with rose petal filling
In a blender, beat 450 g of cottage cheese until smooth. Transfer it to a bowl, add the egg, 50 g of sugar and 10 g of vanilla. Mix well until smooth, add 100 g of flour and mix again.
Form the dough into small balls 5-6 cm in diameter
Heat about 500 ml of oil in a deep frying pan. Put 4-5 donuts at a time and fry, turning them on different sides, until golden brown. It will take a couple of minutes on each side.
Place the donuts on a paper towel to absorb excess fat. Fill them with jam. Dust the top with powdered sugar through a strainer to taste
