Rye bread soaked in cranberries and honey with whipped cream
Cut up the leftover rye bread (you can lightly toast it in the oven to caramelize it). Squeeze the juice from the cranberries, add honey and hot water, mix and pour over the bread pieces to soak. Serve with whipped cream, which can be topped with cream cheese.
