Description

Oven-roasted pork with spelled groats (prepared similarly to risotto), gray peas and white beans.


Recipe

Marinate the pork ham according to your choice, bake in the oven until done, finally brush with honey-mustard glaze. Fry the spelt groats in butter with the vegetables, add broth or water, cook until done, then add separately boiled white beans and grey peas. Add sweet cream, spices and heat through
