Description

Lightly salted herring fillet on a slice of pickled apple, quail egg and beetroot salad


Recipe

Cut the apple into slices, marinate in a light marinade with Christmas spices, sugar, vinegar. Grate the boiled beets, add mayonnaise or cream cheese of your choice. Finely chop the leeks. Place all the ingredients on the apple slices.
