Description

a Brussels waffle in the shape of a Christmas tree dipped in Belgian chocolate and finished with colored sweets.

Preparation
• Mix 1kg +800ml water.
• Make sure the waffle iron is at the right temperature.
• Place the chopsticks within reach.
• Spray both baking trays with cooking spray.
• Fill the bottom of the moulds of the baking tray with the batter using a large spray bottle.
• Immediately place the sticks in the recesses of the bottom baking tray and turn the sticks half a turn so that they lie well in the batter.
• Immediately close the waffle iron and bake the lollipop waffles approx. 3 min. golden brown at 220°.
• Dip in the chocolate sauce and disco balls.
