Chicken drumsticks with cranberries and apples
For 40 portions

Preperation:
1. Pour cranberries into a bowl, add sugar, pour balsamic vinegar and mix, set aside.
2. Place the chicken legs and thighs in a larger bowl, press in the garlic cloves, add sweet paprika powder, herbs de Provence, salt, pepper, and rub well under the skin. If you have time, you can leave it to marinate for at least 1 hour (and preferably overnight), but if you are in a hurry, you can cook immediately.
3. Line the baking tray with baking paper. Add the chicken, leaving some space.
4. Bake in the middle of the oven heated to 200 C (fan cooking function) for 25-30 minutes to brown a little. Then pour the juices over the chicken, sprinkle the cranberries around, add the apples cut into several parts (cut out the seed pods first).
5. Bake in the oven at 180 C for another 20-30 minutes.
6. Sprinkle with thyme when serving.
